What to eat every 3 hours?
If I had to eat every 3 hours I would stick with fresh vegetables just no carrots they have a lot of sugar in them stick with the greens and there are diabetic bars you can get at the store in the diabetic section. You can also have some fruit but again you have to watch which ones you eat stick with the barres like blueberry, strawberries and blackberries. Make your self some trail mix with nuts, dried cranberries, sunflower seed already out of the shell, and anything you would like to add just as long as its sugar free maybe some cereal that is low in sugar and carbs. Hope this has helped you out some. Good luck with your weight its hard to lose, But I'm sure you will do it.
